DO NOT GO HERE! UGLY, DIRTY and OVERPRICED! Very very disappointing. It looks good in photos but disgusting in person. Rooms are old, dirt and smelly. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. Rooms lack basic amenities like trash bin, foot rug etc. We got one of their best rooms which is the Santorini Room. It didn’t have a door key. So we can not leave the room unattended. The room was dirty, dusty and needs a lot of repairs. The second room we got was the family room. It was filled of mosquitoes, old, dirty and ugly. Definitely not worth the amount we paid for. The restaurant at this hotel is terrible. They serve Korean food but it was bad and overpriced with their serving size. The filipina waitress was very rude. No Customer Service what so ever. The Korean owner was very nice and accommodating but it doesn’t change the fact that the food was bad and overpriced. No restaurant open for breakfast so be prepared. Overall our experience at this resort was not bad. IT WAS TERRIBLE! I will never spend my money here ever again. It was a total waste of money. Almost ruined our New Years Eve Celebration. We can definitely get a better deal somewhere else.

The restaurant is overpriced and some of the choices in their menu are not available. They didn’t even wash the lettuce they served and its not fresh anymore. We wanted to try their promo of a 500gm steak that’s good for 3 persons for only P990 but when we ordered the waiter said its not yet being served. WHAT?! And you have a big tarpaulin outside?! The male restroom is dirty. NO water to flush the toilet and no water to wash your hands but they have soap. @&#?%! The lavatory has no faucet. The towel is so dirty also. Won’t recommend this place to my friends or anyone unless they improve their facility, menu and review their price.

I have visited this place twice. This is my favourite for day trip places for swimming, hot pool and gathering for our family and church members. Location is near, about one hour driving from Metro manila area. On the way to this place, there are many street venders selling fresh fruits also one of my pleasure. The pool water is clean and hot pool is so warm that my body was relaxing and releasing all stress out.

Accommodation: 0/5 The room was dirty. Bathroom was unfinished. There was a hairball in our bathroom. Shower heads were filthy. You have a trash bin as a water bucket. Aircon remote was not left with us so there was no way for us to control the temperature. A lot of the stuff in the room were just there for aesthetics and there was no function. Soap and shampoo dispensers dont work. No way to contact front desk while you're in your room. You have to walk ~500 meters just to get to the front desk. We were given care packages but the packages were old. The Wi-fi doesnt work. Food: 1/5 The food in the restaurant was not good and a bit pricey. The beef slices were uneven so it's hard to cook them. The only redeeming quality they had was the ice cream sold in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was horror! Two slices of white bread, 1 hotdog and 1 egg. Served with the fork on top of the bread. Staff: 2/5 The staff were not wearing uniform. It's hard to tell them apart from the guests. When you ask them if you can buy water from the bar, they would ask you to go buy from the restaurant, which was far from the cottages where you are staying. If you ask them questions, they would tell you to go ask someone else. Facilities: 0/5 Pools were filthy. We stayed on a Saturday night. There were a lot of customers. But only 2 pools have water in them. When we woke up the next morning, the big pool was only half filled. The other pools were either empty, or dirty. There were a lot of cats and frogs in the area. A cat ate our food. The facilities are poorly managed and maintained. The place has a lot of potential. If only it was well maintained and managed.
